Blizzard's MMORPG hit World of Warcraft Shadowlands could be released for Xbox Series X and it could become THE exclusive title par excellence. Even the age rating of the online role-playing game has already been determined. Just a mistake or is a dream for many finally coming true?
Since the Xbox 360, rumors have persisted that the MMORPG World of Warcraft will be released for Microsoft consoles. Blizzard Entertainment has repeatedly expressed an interest in a console port, but this has failed to materialize. Xbox Series X and the PC share the same ecosystem, and it looks like we're making the upcoming expansion World of Warcraft: Shadowlands unsafe even on the next-gen console.
World of Warcraft: Shadowlands for Xbox Series X
Last week Microsoft presented the most important games for Xbox Series X at the Xbox Games Showcase. There was a Halo: Infinite, Forza Motorsport, and even Fable is celebrating its comeback. Yes, with Phantasy Star Online 2: New Genesis even an MMORPG was announced. If today's age rating from Brazil proves to be true, the next-gen console will get a completely different high profile as an exclusive title - World of Warcraft: Shadowlands.
Of course, this could just be a mistake, but... there's still hope, right? If the most successful MMO of all time were to really hit the Xbox Series X console-exclusively, it would be a huge win for Microsoft. As Blizzard told Polygon, there are currently no plans for Shadowlands on Xbox Series X. The listing is just a mistake. This does not mean that there will never be a console conversion.
The Brazilian rating board is also not necessarily known for its reliability. On the other hand,Sugarloaf Mountain was often leaked with games that were officially announced later. So it remains exciting.

What Can You Expect in WoW: Shadowlands?
World of Warcraft: Shadowlands is currently in beta testing on the PC and is scheduled for release later in 2020. The new WoW expansion will take you to the Shadowlands. A world between worlds where delicate balance preserves life and death itself.
Along with five new zones and a new city called Oribos, the new Pact feature is perhaps the most exciting innovation of the expansion. In it, you will join one of four pacts - mysterious alliances that have their own plans for the Shadow Lands to restore balance in the afterlife. In each of the sanctums, you can expect special quests, an extensive campaign, unique skills, a unique mount, and a matching look.
