Downtown

5. Downtown: Downtown? Some of you might be asking. Yes - Downtown. Sure it's hot, but it's also huge and full of loot. As long as your squad keeps a tight pack through the alleys and corridors then you should be okay. Snipers can be a threat, but with the buildings so tightly packed, you should be able to maneuver into a position that denies them sightlines quickly enough if they start engaging. Novi Grazna Hills

4. Novi Grazna Hills: This is likely to be controversial, a lot of people have been taken for a ride in the circle of houses pictured. But that said if you go in with a plan; if you don't just drop and loot, but instead gear up, stick together and hunt - you'll take the other team that landed (and there's rarely more than one other squad dropping here), leaving all that loot for yourselves. Storage Town

3. Storage Town: There are not loads of boxes here to loot, but there are more than enough to get started. The real advantage of Storage Town is that rival players tend to be deceived by the maze-like feeling of the area; they feel safe and split up, looting idly. Instead, your team wants to drop and get hunting, and ideally send a couple of people straight onto the rooftops if they've got half-decent weapons. Tactical plays and good gun skills can have you mopping up storage town in no time. (Credit: Activision)

Bloc 6

2. Bloc 6: This is an absolute gem. Bloc 6 is the town south of TV Station, and many players will ignore it in favor of a more obvious Stadium drop to the East. But wow, if you can come in and hold together for the initial conflict then you're going to be cooking in no time. 1. Torsk Bloc: Torsk Bloc, so forgetful most of you probably don't have a name for it. But that's what's perfect. It's central, so just like Bloc 6 you're run back to the circle shouldn't be too difficult. It's very rarely hot, at most you've maybe got one other team there. There's loads of loot, easy routes to escape, multiple vehicles, and two great sniping positions - the high rises that face each other. What more could you want? (Credit: Activision)
