Deadpool 3: Fan Favorite Character Will Not Return

Deadpool 3 will bring back many characters and even introduce some new ones (as well as some old ones). Sadly, one fan favorite will be missing.

Deadpool 3 isn't really up to a good start, with Ryan Reynolds not being allowed to improvise lines and filming being delayed, both due to the Writers Guild of America strike. Now we have more bad news for you, as Zazie Beetz recently revealed that she won't be a part of the movie.

For those of you who are unfamiliar with the character, Deadpool a.k.a. Wade Wilson, is a former Special Forces operative turned mercenary, who gained crazy healing powers, as well as the ugliest face you can imagine (seriously, his face looks like a pizza with random toppings).

Adopting the alter ego Deadpool, he uses his sarcastic wit and combat skills to take down bad guys while breaking the fourth wall and delivering hilarious jokes (mostly at the expense of others) during his R-rated adventures.

Zazie Beetz Reveals She's Not In Deadpool 3

In Deadpool 3 we will reportedly see many familiar faces return, like some original X-Men, and Hugh Jackman as Wolverine (Hell, yeah!). One character we won't see, though, is Zazie Beetz' Domino.

In an interview with Decider, the actress revealed that she won't return for the newest installment of Deadpool.

Well, I’m actually not in Deadpool 3, so I don’t know what they’re doing [about improvising Lines]. I’m assuming they’re probably taking a pause… I’m excited to watch it.

Domino has been a great addition to the second movie, so hearing that she is not going to be in Deadpool 3 is kind of a bummer…

Her abilities in particular were really fun to watch, combined with Wade's commentary, or reaction.

If you need a quick recap, Domino has the ability to subconsciously manipulate probability, often mistaken for luck. This power essentially alters the odds in her favor, making seemingly impossible feats and narrow escapes more likely to occur.

Guess we won't have any of that, once the movie releases on May 3, 2024. If it does release on that date.

If you have seen the new Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse (and you should if you haven't), did you know that one scene was made entirely by a 14-year-old?
