So Disney+ is working on an Indiana Jones series. How wild is that? Honestly, Disney's TV series lineup is looking really good these days, with major IPs finding a home on the streaming service. Now, Indiana Jones might just be the biggest of them all, so let's get the into the details.
Disney+ Working on Indiana Jones Series
The news was broken by Variety who revealed that Disney and Lucasfilm are currently in the planning stages of an Indiana Jones TV series. For the record: When I say planning stages, I do mean planning stages. There is no writer attached to the project yet, so there is no plot or anything other than idea floating around at this point.
Of course, one of the first questions that comes to mind is: Will Harrison Ford return as Indiana Jones? I mean, at this point, the dude is old, but... who wouldn't want to see him return? Well... it seems Harrison Ford himself doesn't want to, since he already seemingly confirmed that the upcoming fifth Indiana Jones movie - due to be released in 2023 - will be his last one:
