Rebel Moon: A Wild Mix Of Movie Tropes With Lightsabers
At Germany's Gamescom, Zack Snyder took the stage to show the trailer for his upcoming sci-fi adventure and boy, he literally put everything in there. There's the obvious Star Wars influence, there's the Dune look, there even are beasts straight out of Hogwarts, chased by none other than Conan the Barbarian.
Don't believe me? Just watch.
See what I mean? Zack Snyder seemed to have rolled a few dice to determine which settings and tropes he wants in his newest project with Netflix and just went with it – infuriatingly, it seems to tie together incredibly well.
Rebel Moon will be split into two parts, the first part A Child of Fire releasing on December 22, 2023 (a few weeks after Dune 2) and part two The Scargiver on April 19, 2024.
