TOTS Update: Squad Battles Rewards In FIFA 23 Ultimate Team – Release Date, Time And Ranks

FIFA 23 Ultimate Team Squad Battles Explained

You can choose from four different random community squads, the current TOTW and a featured squad from a celebrity, content creator or professional player. However, the TOTW is only available until May 03, after which the TOTW series ends. You can update the four random community squads up to nine times, so you can play a maximum of 40 matches against them.

For your played matches, you get rewarded, depending on your performance and your chosen AI difficulty. You can earn Squad Battles Points, which then help you to climb the ranks. The ranks, however, are not divided by a specific amount of points, but through a percentage of the total Squad Battles Players. This means that, for example, only the best three percent of players can reach the Rank Elite 1.

Squad Battles Rewards – When Do We Get Them?

Squad Battles don't depend on being completed at a certain time. But you receive the rewards every Sunday at 9:05 AM GMT (10:05 CET). Strange time... but rewards are rewards, we aren't complaining. After rewards are distributed, you can go right into challenging Squad Battles again for the next week's rewards.

New TOTS Squad Battles Rewards In FIFA 23

The Squad Battles Rewards were first updated in FIFA 23 with the introduction of the new Season and Team of the Season. Already from Bronze III, i.e. after a game, you will receive a TOTS Loan Player in your rewards. To get a proper TOTS card, you need to reach at least Silver II Rank.

As of now, the packs can contain any TOTS card released so far.A little tip: Save the Loan Player Packs until your favorite TOTS or the Ultimate TOTS comes out, so that you can at least test a really strong and expensive card.In addition, you can always use Loan Players in FUT Friendlies, because here, the number of games they are allowed to play for your club is not reduced.
