FIFA 23 Winter Wildcards: Token-Tracker, Swaps Players & Team 2 Live

The World Cup is over, but we're getting new content almost every single (Fri)day in FIFA 23. This year (as it was last year), the new promo isn't called FUTMAS, instead we're getting back-to-back Winter Wildcards!

Winter Wildcards Release Date

Winter Wildcards can be found in packs since December 23 and will be part of Ultimate Team until January 6. That's right, folks, the event will span two weeks and features a ton of new special cards. We'll have to wait for the Centurions just a little longer...

Winter Wildcards: Special Cards, Tokens & Swaps

Winter Wildcards will feature two different special teams, which will both be live for a week each. In addition to the two teams, we will see lots of Squad Building Challenges, Special Packs and also some free-to-play Objective players. Business as usual.

In fact, it's pretty similar to last year's Winter Wildcards promo, where we've seen a lot of different and strong cards. Best thing about the WW promo? Swaps! If you want to check on last year's cards again, you can find them here:

Winter Wildcards Swaps With Tokens And Rewards

Right after the World Cup Swaps run out, we got the Winter Wildcard Swaps. EA Sports releases a total of 30 Tokens, which you can unlock since December 19. You will then be able to submit the tokens into different SBCs to get your preferred rewards.

You can earn up to 30 Winter Wildcards Swap Tokens throughout the whole event. There will be different kinds of Objectives, Squad Building Challenges and even packs in the FUT Store. Here are the tokens, which are currently available and how to get them:

The list of rewards isn't quite as big as it was in the World Cup Swaps, but we're still getting some decent packs, player picks and special cards.

Winter Wildcards Team 2 Featuring Benzema & Varane

Is it time for another OP centre back already? Raphaël Varane has crushed the hopes and dreams of many FIFA players over the years and just received a new special card. Get ready to see a lot of him in the Weekend League in the upcoming weeks... maybe months. On top of that, there are quite a few other exciting players this time around...

Winter Wildcards Team 1 – All Players

After a couple of disappointing events during the FIFA 2022 World Cup, EA Sports finally decided to release some exciting players with Winter Wildcards. We've just got a bunch of pretty useful and expensive special cards that could shake up the meta.
