Due to its nature, despite being a hitscan weapon, the Charge SMG does not have First Shot Accuracy. If you're unaware of this mechanic, the FSA guarantees 100% accuracy to the first shot of the magazine as long as you're standing still.

There's not a sure way to guarantee you'll get a Charge SMG in Fortnite, as the only method to acquire it is by looting chests around the island. So, better beat your opponents to those landmarks filled with loot to increase your chances of trying out this new tool of destruction.
