Stranger Things is due to wrap up its fourth season on July 1 and Fortnite fans are excited for the possibility of a new crossover after seeing an incredible fanmade Vecna skin
The Netflix show has been featured in the past, with skins for Jim Hopper, former Hawkins sheriff and Eleven's caretaker, as well as the iconic Demogorgon beast hitting the in-game item shop in 2019 to coincide with the release of Stranger Things season 3.
The outfits were last seen in the store in November of that same year. Since then, it's fair to say both IPs have reached a new level of popularity, with Fortnite making any type of crossover possible, meanwhile Stranger Things season 4 quickly became Netflix's most-watched English-language series. Now, a fanmade Vecna skin has sent fans into frenzy at the possibility of seeing it become a reality.
Vecna Skin In Fortnite
Twitter user CDNR shared images of what Vecna, Stranger Thing's season 4 main antagonist, could look like in Fortnite. The fanmade outfit was created using a model designed by concept artist DENNI.

For those out of the loop, Vecna is a highly menacing figure that, despite the events of season 3 which saw Eleven and the gang close all Upside Down portals, manages to terrorize Hawkins by infiltrating a person's mind. It's no surprise the mysterious character quickly mesmerized audiences, who are eager to find out how the show will deal with him.
Sadly, it doesn't seem that an actual Vecna or any kind of Stranger Things collaboration is in the works, as leakers and insiders have been silent on this matter. On June 23, people speculated that Eleven could show up in the battle royale, as FNBRintel shared that a new outfit doned the name "WaffleWarrior."
Fans of the show know that Eleven has a strange fascination with waffles, however, the leak in question was possibly referring to the Major Mancake outfit that launched as part of a Fall Guys crossover event featuring a waffle maker as a back bling.
Netflix has collaborated with Epic Games to bring cosmetics from their shows to Fortnite. At the start of 2022, Cobra Kai skins were released in the in-game item shop, although none of the characters from the show appeared. Epic Games opted for utilizing the game's cast of heroes as models for the Karate-inspired outfits which included Gi's from Cobra Kai, Miyagi-do, and Eagle Fang.
It remains to be seen if Epic has managed to avoid any kind of leaks leading to a possible collaboration with Stranger Things. Season 4 Volume 2 is set to release on July 1.
