In a recent interview with Japanese outlet, 4Gamer, Atlus teased an unannounced title that is still waiting for an official reveal!
Atlus is the developer behind games like Persona 5 Royal, Shin Megami Tensei 5 or the upcoming games like Persona 3 Metaphor: ReFantazio that is set to release in fall 2024.
Although 2023 was relatively quiet for the studio, with only Persona 5 Tactica launching in late 2023, it doesn't mean Atlus hasn't been busy. Looking ahead, there's a lot of activity with several new releases on the horizon.

Atlus: The Unannounced Title Could Be Project "Asa"
During an interview with the Japanese outlet 4Gamer, the long-time Atlus producer Eiji Ishida hinted at a game they've been working on for a while. However, there's no confirmed release date yet, and it's worth noting that he's not the director of this project.
Eiji Ishida also worked on titles like Tokyo Mirage Sessions #FE, Shin Megami Tensei 4, Shin Megami Tensei: Strange Journey Redux or Soul Hackers 2
With Ishida usually overseeing the production or direction of Shin Megami Tensei games (except for Shin Megami Tensei 5), the rumored SMT5 spin-off hinted at by an Atlus insider might not be related to the brief teaser. Instead, it could be referring to the speculated project "Asa," which has been circulating as a rumor for some time.
Project "Asa" is said to be a party-based spin-off of Persona, mentioned in a mid-November report by Atlus while narrowing down the release window for Persona 6. This project is under the purview of P-Studio, who is also working diligently on Persona 6. Ishida's unit, Team Maniax (the oldest development division at Atlus) is primarily responsible for the Shin Megami Tensei games.
