Latvia were crowned World Cosplay Summit champions at Gamera8: The Land of Heroes on Monday night, earning the top prize of $30,000 from the competition’s $100,000 prize pool. Latvia’s colorful and creative efforts saw them triumph from the 45 countries and 166 people taking part in the spectacular event at Boulevard Riyadh City.
