Cyberpunk 2077 enters the second round! The first and probably last story DLC, Phantom Liberty, will apparently release not that far in the future. Let's just hope, that it won't be as heavily delayed as it did happen with Cyberpunk 2077 itself.

Cyberpunk Phantom Liberty Release Date
First of all, we can all breathe a sigh of relief, since the DLC seems to be coming not only this year, but even in the summer of 2023! That's said, if we are not facing heavy delays again!

The renown leaker, streamer, and YouTuber Tyler McVicker dropped the release date of Phantom Liberty during his most recent stream live on YouTube. Since he already predicted the DLC's presence at The Game Awards 2022, which turned out to be true, he gained a lot of credibility for further announcements and leaks regarding Cyberpunk 2077.
The DLC will most likely be released during August 2023!

He furthermore states, that there will be much more detailed information on the game's release during the Summer Game Fest 2023. The event will kick off on June 8th, 2023 with a bunch of live showcases regarding various publishers and future games.
Definitely an event to look forward to!
Phantom Liberty: What Can We Expect
Cyberpunk's first and last story DLC is absolutely stacked with new content!
What we can tell from the already existing trailers is, there will at least be a new area of Night City called Dogtown, which belongs to the Pacifica district.
In addition, there will at least be two new faces, who will welcome and guide us during the story!
- Solomon Reed: He is an FIA-agent, who we will be working with during the whole new mission.
- Ash: She will be the host of the new radio station “89.7 Growl FM”
New Radio Station
Speaking of the new radio station! The new channel's name will be “89.7 Growl FM” and will feature 14 new tracks to listen to while cruising through the city. But what makes is so interesting you may ask?
CD Projekt RED had something special for said 14 new tunes on 89.7 Growl FM in mind! Rather than choosing the songs, which will be featured, they decide to give that responsibility to their community! Now they are the ones to blame, if the songs get annoying after some time …
