We have been waiting for a bit, but EA finally revealed the release date of the highly anticipated Dead Space remake.
It's been a while since the Dead Space Remake has been announced by EA and developer Motive. We have been excited for it since, seeing as Dead Space is one of the best horror games of all time and it's exciting to think about what it could look like with modern technology. Now we know that we won’t have to wait too much longer, since EA finally revealed the release date of the Dead Space Remake.
Dead Space Remake Coming Out Early Next Year
The Dead Space Remake will be released on January 27, 2023. This was revealed by publisher EA in a press release where they describe the release as follows:
Dead Space™ will officially launch on January 27, 2023 for PlayStation®5, Xbox Series X|S and PC. Dead Space is a remake of the classic sci-fi survival horror game that is being rebuilt from the ground up leveraging the Frostbite™ game engine. Still remaining true to the original game’s thrilling vision, the remake offers enhanced audio and crisp, harrowing visuals that have been carefully reimagined to evoke a new level of immersion and quality.
This is pretty exciting news, since it's less than a year from now until we get this exciting projects into our hands. With this game being Next-Gen exclusive, same as the sequel to Jedi: Fallen Order, and both games slated for a release in early 2023, EA has an exciting next year ahead of them.
