Dragon's Dogma 2: Release Date Estimation
Dragon's Dogma 2 does not yet have an official release date, but as it was only revealed in May 2023, we think Dragon's Dogma 2 will be released in 2025 at the earliest. Sorry to be the bearers of bad news, but we simply don't see a world in which they can ship the game any sooner. They would have to crunch like Rockstar to make that possible.
Don't be too upset that the game is going to take a few years longer; plenty of time is exactly what big RPGs like this need.

Dragon's Dogma 2 will be on all current-gen platforms: PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC via Steam. Sadly the game will not be on the PS4, Xbox One or Nintendo Switch. Although, in 2023, that's to be expected.
