Little Nightmares 1 and 2 were both very successful. The first game sold over 2 million copies, and the second game is well on its way to reaching that milestone (it sold over a million in just the first month of release). It should therefore be no surprise to anyone that Bandai Namco is developing a 3rd game.

Little Nightmares 3: Development Confirmed
As of May 8, 2023, we can now confirm that Little Nightmares 3 is in development. This is thanks to a job ad from Bandai Namco that accidentally confirms they are working on this highly anticipated sequel.
The job ad is for an internship at Bandai Namco's Lyon offices, and in the job description they reveal:
You will join the Production department within the team dedicated to our headline IP : Little Nightmares.
They don't give us specific details about the game, but this does at least confirm that a team at Bandai Namco are working on Little Nightmares 3.

Little Nightmares 3: Release Window
We don't have an officially confirmed release date for Little Nightmares 3, but given the last two games have taken 3/4 years to be developed, and that Little Nightmares 2 was released in 2021, we expect a 2025 release window for Little Nightmares 3.
At the moment all we can give you is an estimate, but we're keeping one ear to the ground.
