PAX West is a hub for everyone who wants to test new games, meet fellow gamers, and immerse oneself in the vast gaming culture. We gathered everything together for this little overview about the publishers, developers, entry fees and more!
During PAX West the gaming industry comes together and celebrates the gaming culture with a massive expo hall filled with publishers, tournaments, musical performances, cosplayers and devoted fans who want to enjoy themselves.
It's almost this time of the year again, and we can't wait to see which announcements the publishers brought with them and how colorful and diverse the event will be.
Let's take a look what we can expect from the schedule, which exhibitors are present and where you can ultimately watch if you can't make room to travel to Seattle.
PAX West 2023: Date & Entry Fee
The official start from Pax West is on September 1, and it will last until September 4. These are the exact dates:
Show Hours
- Friday, September 1: 10:00 AM – Midnight (PDT);
- Saturday, September 2: 10:00 AM – Midnight (PDT);
- Sunday, September 3: 10:00 AM – Midnight (PDT);
- Monday, September 4: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (PDT).
Expo Hall Hours
- From 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (PDT) Each Day.
Entry Fee
There are still Badges available, this is what they cost:
- 4-Day Badge – $260 – All content at PAX West is accessible through this badge with no extra fees for panels, autograph sessions, demos or concerts;
- Friday Only Badge – $71
- Saturday Only Badge – $71
- Sunday Only Badge – $71
- Monday Only Badge – $71
- BYOC Badge – $55.25 – Access to the private Bring Your Own Computer area inside PAX, but you still need a day badge to enter the PAX itself.

Pokemon | During the PAX West you can participate at a Pokemon tournament, where you challenge different gym leaders. Here you can sign up for this event. |
