The Sims 4 received a new update that added an unexpected feature to the game: Incest.
The Targaryens have wed brothers and sisters for centuries, and... let's face it, Jaime and Cersei made a cute couple (for a while), so maybe that's where The Sims 4 got its inspiration from when they decided to add incest to the game. Well... to be honest, decided to add incest is a bit unfair, the inclusion was a bit of a mistake, much like... incest itself.

The Sims isn't exactly known for its sexual content, but its modding community has turned the game into a certified sex simulator, so this newest addition is sure to be a weclome one for many. But... what exactly do I mean by 'The Sims added incest'? Well, there was an update and said updated added new desires, and a bug causes those desires to translate onto family members, so a mom might desire her son to be her boyfriend. Sounds like your post-am browsing history, but no... it's The Sims.
Of course, the devs are already aware of the bug, and are rushing to fix it, so... no Game of Thrones simulation for us, unfortunately. Especially with the Targaryen prequel looming, this would have made for a nice warm-up, but I guess it's not to be. Maybe, once we get a Game of Thrones game adaption...
I just wanted to acknowledge that the Want to date a family member is something we know about, we've reproduced ourselves, we're working on it. We're looking to get it fixed ASAP, thanks for all the bug reports, we appreciate it. We're of course working on the aging bug too.
