Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves PC Release Date Leaked

PlayStation's exclusives keep making their way to PC, and now all of the Uncharted Games are next: From the first Uncharted to the last – all of Nathan Drake's adventures will be coming to the PC.

[Update, April 25th, 2022]

Another day, another release date leak, only that this time, the source is none other than the Epic Games Store. That one sounds pretty legit, right? And here's the thing: it's kinda close to the last release date leak that you can see below.

When Will Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Release On PC?

According to the Epic Games Store, Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves releases onto PC on June 20th.

Now here's the fun part: the release date comes from the Epic Games Store blog page and that stated June 20th as the release date... originally. Because now if you click on it, it says COMING SOON.

Somebody is getting fired today (that's not the fun part... I actually really hope the person didn't get fired, omg).

[Update, March 16th, 2022]

Well... that one didn't work out, huh? As you might have noticed, Uncharted, Legacy of Thieves still hasn't released and the leaked release date in our original article below turned out to be fake. What a surprise. Leaks are fake! Shock, disgrace, disgust! So let's go to the next one, because – hopefully – not all leaks are fake.

This one looks quite decent, actually, though I will say that you will still need to take it with a grain of salt. As always.

Is Uncharted Legacy of Thieves Coming To PC?

According to SteamDB, "a database on everything on Steam" (their literal description, short and to the point, I like it), Uncharted Legacy of Thieves is coming to PC on July 15th, 2022. Well, not according to SteamDB, because they're just a database, but apparently Naughty Dog themselves. They updated that release date to July 15th.

Here is the page. If you scroll to the very bottom, you can see the July 15th release date. Sure, this might be a placeholder, but the fact that it got updated means there's movement on the page and that shows that we should be getting some more concrete info soon. Once we do, we will update this article again!

For better or for worse, PlayStation exclusivity is not what it used to be. If you ask me though, I think it's for the better. Segregation never worked well historically and I, for one, prefer all gamers pulling on the same string rather than playing tug of war.

Now, after Days Gone and Ghost of Tsushima, the next major PlayStation exclusive is headed to PC: Uncharted.

Uncharted Collection PC Release Date

There's always one of four sources responsible: An accidental shop listing, a job posting, Twitter, Reddit, 4Chan or an inside leak. Ok, damn, that's six sources, but we're moving forward, not backwards. No backspaces. This leak comes our way courtesy of 4Chan's ResetEra, who's been right about a number of leaks in the past.

More than just leaking it with an image that clearly says the games are coming to Steam and Epic, we even got a release date and an announcement date: The Uncharted collection for PC will be announced on September 6 and will be released on December 7.

The image also claims that Nixxes Software is responsible for the port, which only lends it more credibility, since they were acquired by Sony for the sole purpose of bringing PlayStation games to the PC.

Taking all of the above into consideration, this is more confirmation than leak, but feel free to stay skeptical. For all PC gamers though, let it be said: You are getting some good a** games. The Uncharted games are literally playable Indiana Jones but better. They are the video-game version of quality popcorn-movies, which would make them popcorn-games, which... doesn't really make a lot of sense, because your controller would be all buttery and sh*t, but...

Whatever. Uncharted is coming to PC. Damn. What a time to be alive.
