Another job-listing leak. You know, with those, I always wonder if that’s just a developer's way to announce the game. They know people will notice the job listings – obviously, since they’re public. Why not just reveal the game and collect some trailer views or whatever, before you post the job listing? Or is the job listing such an effective blue-balls inducer that the inevitable trailer will hit even harder? Who knows. Anyway, the job-listing in question revealed the following:

Wolfenstein 3 Is in Development

A MachineGame employee updated his LinkedIn profile to state that he is now working on an “unannounced project”. The good sir is a game designer going by the name of Teemu Kivikangas, and he is also working on Indiana Jones. Since we know that Wolfenstein is the only other franchise next to Indiana Jones that MachineGames is working on, and since Indiana Jones is not “unannounced”, we were able to put one and one together to come up with three – Wolfenstein 3.

Now, equally as interesting is the following: Will this game also be an Xbox exclusive? After all, The Elder Scrolls 6 and Starfield seem to have tied the knot with the green gaming behemoth, so I don’t see why Wolfenstein should be an exception. Seeing how popular the franchise is, this is another blow to Sony fans…

So far, this tiny, tiny LinkedIn update is all we can base this on, but let’s be real: Speculating is most of the fun when it comes to upcoming games. Or did you not have more fun in the build-up to Cyberpunk 2077, than the actual game? Exactly.
