After many years of waiting we will soon get to hold The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom in our hands. Some changes in the Nintendo eShop now point to preorders being made available soon.
Only a few months to go until Tears of the Kingdom will finally release. It's been 6 years, since it's predecessor Breath of the Wild came out and we've been waiting more or less patiently. Sadly you can't preorder the game in the Nintendo eShop yet. But that might change soon.
Here's a look at the last trailer to get us hyped again:
Changes In eShop Happening
So for those of you that don't know, let me quickly explain some behind the scenes stuff of the Nintendo eShop. Essentially every game gets its own NSUID, which contains relevant information to the release and it's regions. So it's vital for preordering the game.
Now there were two new NSUID's found in the eShop. Until now the new Zelda has not been assigned one yet. With the release of Tears of the Kingdom so soon, this heightens the chances of one of them belonging to the game.
All this means there might be a Nintendo Direct or a showcase for Zelda happening soon to launch the preorder. Developers like to attach bonuses and to give some more information at the same time
Of course this is all speculation, and perhaps we're totally wrong on this one, but I have a good feeling about it.
