Arcane Season 2 finally has an official release month, with Riot making the announcement. So, can you wait another year for the second season of the hit Netflix series?
Arcane season 2 finally has an official release month. While there have been speculations when exactly the show will release, one month stood out from the beginning and now all the rumours have come into fruition.
Arcane fans can you bear to wait another year? Well, you're going to have to, since Arcane Season 2 will be coming in November 2024, but thinking about it, this is the only time it makes sense to release the series and here's why.

In a short trailer, the release month for Arcane Season 2 dropped on November 9, 2023. The second season of Arcane will be coming in November 2024, which many had already speculated beforehand.
The announcement of the second season release comes right as the SAG-AFTRA strike comes to a close. Whether this had any impact on the announcement has not been revealed, but Riot could have been keeping mum, just in case some of their voice actors and actresses were going to strike for longer, which would push back the release of the show.
November 2024 also makes sense as the release month, since it will be after the 2024 League of Legends World Championship, which is the biggest esports event of the year. Riot wouldn't be releasing Arcane in the middle of the biggest tournament worldwide, taking attention and viewership from it, right?
Since there is no official date yet, just a month, we can expect Worlds to go into early November, with Arcane likely releasing a week or two after the World Championship finals, meaning the series should come in late November 2024.
Riot will also, most likely, make another event for the second season of Arcane, meaning that it should coincide with the 2024 League of Legends Patch schedule, so we're going to have to find out when the 2024 LoL Patches come out.
Overall, this November Arcane release does not come as a surprise, but it is welcomed to finally have a set month to look forward to. Now we just have to hope that our favorite Piltovian and Zaunite champions make their debut in the second season – looking at you Camille.
