LoL Worlds 2023 is heading into the knockout rounds which are being played in Busan, South Korea, but it seems that a lot of the teams are unable to get the practice in that they need because of internet issues.

In a statement on Twitter from T1's general manager Jeong "Becker" Hoi-yoon, it was revealed that the team has not been able to get in decent practice due to problems with the internet, as translated by Korizon's Ashley Kang.

LoL Worlds 2023: Internet Issues Plague Teams Practice

Teams have arrived in Busan, South Korea to take part in the World Championship knockout rounds, but not everything is going as smooth as you would expect, especially for an event as big as the World Championship.

T1's General Manager, Becker, revealed that the team has not been able to practice or play solo queue properly, due to the problems.

For two days after arriving at Busan, the players have not been getting appropriate practice in scrim and solo queue due to internet issues. Despite multiple requests, the environment makes it almost impossible to practice. We request the organizers to provide a better practice environment.

This sentiment seems to be echoed by other teams as well, with Gen.G's mid laner Jeong "Chovy" Ji-hoon reposting the tweet, which seems to show that it isn't just T1 that are faced with these issues, but every team seems to be having problems.

Fans are pretty disappointed and have pointed out that this is a pretty bad look for Riot who should be able to make sure each team is able to practice and have the best environment going into the World Championship knockout round.

Teams like Weibo Gaming and NRG, who are already playing on Thursday, could have the worst effects if the internet issues aren't going to be fixed soon. Maybe teams will just end up at random PC Bang's in Busan to try and get through these problems?
