As the most important actress of this movie, you can expect Aisling Franciosi as the stop-motion animator Ella Blake. It's not the first time we've seen the Irish-Italian woman in a horror movie. Well known for other movies of this genre like The Last Voyage Of The Demeter we're pretty sure she will once again do a great job as a member of the main cast.
Other main actors are Tom York as, well, Tom and boyfriend of Ella Blake, Stella Gonet as Suzanne and Caoilinn Springall as the strange little girl you saw in the trailer.
Besides these actors, you can also stay excited for James Swanton as the Ash Man, Jaz Hutchins as Brett, Joshua J Parker as Will and Bridigitta Roy as a doctor.

Ella Blake, a stop-motion animator struggling to control her demons after the loss of her overbearing mother, embarks upon the creation of a film that becomes the battleground for her sanity. As Ella’s mind starts to fracture, the characters in her project take on a life of their own.
Wow, that sounds like a horror movie, which could turn pretty deep pretty fast. Besides the two worlds, which are colliding into each other, the movie is also going to take a psychological approach and show us the mental decay of Ella Blake. Sounds like a disturbing movie without the need of any jumpscares!
