The magistrate of Jinzhou and the person who always reminds me of Noelle Silva from Black Clover, Jinhsi, is, so far, one of the most sought-after playable characters in Wuthering Waves who has a more impactful presence in the game's story and also a playable unit.

For players who live under a rock, Jinhsi is a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ "duh" Resonator in Wuthering Waves who wields the Spectro Element with her weapon of choice being the Broadblade.

Yes! She is a beautiful lady who wields a massive Broadblade with a character kit tailored towards the DPS role, which is best for nuking enemies who are left on the field after Danjin's rampage.

That said, while we still have a few weeks before Jinhsi gets added to the playable Resonaters roster in Wuthering Waves, her character kit, ascension materials, and other details have already leaked.

The Best Build For Jinhsi In Wuthering Waves

The best build for Jinhsi in Wuthering Waves, is which focuses on improving her damage numbers of the Resonance Liberation "Echoing Orchestra" and Resonance Skill "Resonating Slashes."

We will be achieving this by balancing out her major attributes like CRIT Rate, CRIT DMG, ATK and Elemental DMG with a slight focus on things like ER (Energy Recharge).

That said, the focus is also on utilizing her Forte Circuit and mainly on special statuses like Incandescence and Eras in Unity. For players who don't know, Incandescence grants an additional DMG multiplier percentage to the Star Glamour, which is a part of her special Resonance Skill: Illuminous Epiphany.

In short, consuming the stack increases the damage dealt by her alternative Resonance Skill. Now, when it comes to acquiring Incandescence, players can obtain it by simply using other characters and their abilities, allowing Jinhsi to stack up to 40 Incandescence.

When Jinhsi is on the team, all nearby characters on the team gain Eras in Unity. When characters with Eras in Unity deal Damage with an attribute, Jinhsi gains 1 Incandescence. Damage of the same attribute can provide up to 1 Incandescence every 3s.

Best Weapons For Jinhsi In Wuthering Waves

Jinhsi's best weapon in Wuthering Waves is her signature Broadblade, Ages of Harvest, whose sub-stat increases the CRIT Rate% with a weapon skill that greatly increases the Resonance Skill damage.

The weapon provides a special stack bonus called Blessing of Ages, which stacks up to four times when using basic attacks and is consumed whenever you use a Resonance Skill. Initially, it also increases the Elemental Damage of all types, including Spectro.

So, overall, I would say that Ages of Harvest is not only the best weapon for Jinhsi, but it can also serve as an excellent weapon for other Broadblade users in the game.

Apart from that, you can also use other weapons like Verdant Summit, Lustrous Razor, Autumntrace, Helios Cleaver and Broadblade of Night.

Since Jinhsi is a Spectro DPS unit, the best Echo Set for her is Celestial Light, which greatly increases the Spectro DMG. Moreover, for players who don't know, Jué will be appearing as a Calamity category boss in version 1.1 with the Celestial Light Sonata Effect.

That being said, you can also use general Echo Sets like the Lingering Tunes to increase Jinhsi's ATK% in case you lack it. However, I would recommend going for Celestial Light as the 4-Cost Echoes in it complement Jinhsi's abilities more than the ones in the Lingering Tunes Sonata Effect.

Lastly, you can also combine two pieces of Celestial Light with Lingering Tunes. But again, why do that when you are getting good damage numbers with a full Celestial Light set, which you can farm right now?
