Arcane shocked the world when it released in 2021. Since its release it's grown to cult-status with multiple fan-favorite characters. Unfortunately, some didn't look like they could return in Season 2, but after an interview some fans believe someone could come back from beyond the grave.
Arcane is still being talked about to this day, even though the show made its debut almost two-years ago. We know we're getting a season 2 and we know that Riot, as well as the animation studio Fortiche, are tirelessly working on the series for fans.
Unfortunately, there is not much known. We can guess that will happen in the upcoming season, but there isn't much concrete information yet, especially regarding characters that will be part of the cast, other than the clear survivors of season 1. Now, one character is rumoured to make a comeback in the second season.
Arcane Season 2: Voice Actor Reveals Crucial Information
Recently, the voice actor for one of the show's key characters made an appearance on the Ikuzo Podcast. Silco's VA, Jason Spisak, was a guest on the show and revealed that he has "recorded lines for season 2". Wait... what? At the end of season 1 we clearly saw him die, right?
While this could be a huge leak from Spisak himself, he did explain that Riot gave him the okay to reveal this information on the podcast. So he isn't spreading super secret information to the world right now.
I’ve recorded lines for season two… they let me say it. Riot let me tell people. They said, ‘You can officially tell people you have recorded lines for season two,’ so I’m allowed to say that I have.
Jinx and VI are your favorite characters from Arcane? Then get yourself a tea mug with the two on it!
With Spisak revealing that he recorded some voice lines, fans got their hopes up for some form of revival of Silco's character, but if we remember correctly he was very much killed on-screen at the hands of his adoptive daughter Jinx, right?
Of course, there is a high chance of there being flashbacks of Silco throughout season 2, since he did play a key role throughout the first season and was an important part of Jinx' life.
Not only that, but throughout the first season of Arcane, Jinx continuously heard voices in her head. Vander, Mylo, Claggor all had a continuous presence within Jinx's insanity in the first season and Silco, another one of her victims, could be added into the mix.
With Spisak dropping these hints for the second season of Arcane, fans are once again talking about the show and getting hyped for a release. Unfortunately, we will still have to wait a bit with Nicolo Laurent revealing earlier this year that a release for 2023 is out of the question for Arcane season 2.
