With a great set of teasers, we already caught a glimpse of her personality, and now we just have to experience the frenzy on the rift.
So, when exactly will you be able to go insane on Summoner's Rift and take over the meta with this brand-new champion that will make you lose your cool? Very soon.
LoL Briar: Release Date For New Champion
Briar was just revealed by Riot Games, with the champion making it onto the Public Beta Environment for everyone to test out. We are currently on the PBE for Patch 13.18, while the live servers are still on LoL Patch 13.17. So, what does this mean for Briar's release?
Well, the PBE cycle is always ahead by one patch. Therefore, Briar should be released in League of Legends Patch 13.18, which is going to be coming out on September 13, 2023. Since new champions, as well as skins, usually take a day to be added to the client you should be able to play her on live servers starting September 14, 2023.
Before picking her in your ranked games though, make sure to go over her abilities so you know what exactly it means to go into a frenzy. You don't want to piss off your teammates trying to make it out of Silver, right?
Briar will be the 165th champion in League of Legends and has a completely new mechanic built into her kit. So, once she is live, make sure to hop into those practice games to figure out how to master this fun new champion in League of Legends.
