Jimmy aka MrBeast breaks yet another record – this time, it's on Twitter/X. And he didn't even try! Elon Musk must be ecstatic.

Jimmy Donaldson, better known as MrBeast, has been breaking record after record in his online career. With absolutely bonkers videos, made with budgets most people won't earn in a lifetime, he has been dominating YouTube with high quality content.

He's been breaking lots of records on YouTube previously – most views in 24 hours, topping himself again and again, for example – and has recently taken to Twitter/X to run a few experiments regarding the revenue. As Elon Musk launched the ad revenue program on his platform, Jimmy decided to check it out and re-uploaded his "$1 vs $100,000,000 Car" video, just to see how much revenue comes from the views on X.

The answer: $250,000 after 160 million views. Just for funsies, he decided to make his experiment a giveaway, leading to him holding his newest record.

MrBeast Breaks Retweet Record Just Like That

As his Twitter/X revenue of $250,000 was just an experiment, Jimmy just went ahead and announced to pick ten random people to benefit from the side hustle powered by Elon. The only thing fans needed to do was follow him and retweet the post.

Said and done – a whopping 3.9 million retweets later, he's now the record holder of "the most retweets of all time", stealing the top spot from Yusaku Maezawa. He'd been holding the record since 2019 when he did a similar giveaway and got 3.8 million retweets from that.

And who's gonna shame the online community? Money makes the world go 'round, after all. Who wouldn't want to pimp their bank account with just a single button click?

Congrats to MrBeast for his new record and, of course, congrats to the winners!
