For months, various leaks about Chewbacca, Leia Organa, The Mandalorian, and others have been circling in the Fortnite community. After the first official sign from Epic Games, a flood of leaks emerged the day before the event's start! We'll show you what to expect at the beginning of the collaboration on May 3rd, the day before the international Star Wars Day, thus marking the end of the Avatar Event in Fortnite.

Fortnite x Star Wars Trailer: The Collaboration Continues

Following numerous leaks about Chewbacca and the mythical Wookiee crossbow, as well as official teasers from Epic Games. The Star Wars update will bring numerous new features across all modes: Fortnite Battle Royale, Fortnite Festival, Lego Fortnite, and Rocket Racing.

Several leakers have recently and previously predicted new content. We'll summarize everything for you below:

Lego Fortnite: Event Pass, Rebel Workbench, Skins, Sets & Items

Initially, the Star Wars update seemed like a huge lull for the Lego mode - but the tide has turned! In addition to the familiar lightsabers getting a Lego variant, there will also be the new Blasters DL-44 and E-11 craftable at a new Rebel Workbench. We might also get new NPCs and items like a "Thermal Detonator" in Lego Fortnite.

Furthermore, according to the leaks, the upcomingStar Wars Event Pass will include a ton of Lego Sets and also the Lego Chewbacca Skin as well as the normal one. Some are already criticizing that aside from the skin, there is not enough content for any other mode featured in the mini Battle Pass. However, 1400 V-Bucks is a significant amount of money, but also fair considering what the individual parts would cost in the shop.

The event will also bring new skins and variants from the Star Wars universe to Lego Fortnite. According to Hypex, these skins include:

  • C-3PO
  • Death Trooper
  • Rebel Trooper
  • Chewbacca

He also notes that additional skins may follow or replace these.

It's also worth mentioning that the collaboration was predicted in the Fortnite Roadmap. Another indicator that the rest could indeed be true!

Mythic Wookiee Bowcaster And Chewbacca NPC Mission

Chewbacca will join the game with his mythic Wookiee Bowcaster. You can find this crossbow in the new "Imperial Chests". However, you can also receive it directly from Chewbacca himself! For that, you'll need to find him in one of the Imperial Roadblocks where Chewie is held captive.

Once you free him, he'll assist you as a companion and provide you with a mythical Wookie Bowcaster as well.

Fortnite Festival & Jam Tracks

Star Wars also brings some new music into Fortnite. The event introduces the famous Cantina Song as a Jam Track. Additionally, there are three new instruments, one guitar is even for free:

  • Endorian Drum Kit - Drums
  • Nalargon Keytar - Keytar
  • Seven-string Hallikset Guitar - Guitar

According to FNAssist, a new Jam Stage is also on the way. The new stage is named "Mos Eisley", the city on the planet Tatooine, home to the famous Cantina.

Lando Calrissian, Leia Organa, Luke & Chewbacca Skin And Yoda & C-3PO Backbling Leaked

Several leakers such as Hypex have reported on several new skins. Besides Leia Organa and Chewbacca, Lando Calrissian has also been leaked - and he is looking really cool! Fans know the rebel general from the episodes 5, 6, and recently from the 9th installment. Additionally, the AWR Trooper from Rogue One is expected to receive a skin.

Along with Lando Calrissian, a new Dagobah Luke skin will also arrive in the Fortnite Item Shop on May 3rd. Luke wears a simple outfit dedicated to his time on Dagobah where Master Yoda trained him to become a Jedi.

Also, according to leaks, Dragobah Luke and Chewbacca will have some really interesting backblings. As a reference to his Jedi training, Luke is probably getting a Yoda backbling! And via the known leaker FNBRintel, we know that Chewbacca will probably get a separate backbling that shows him carrying a disassembled C-3PO in a net.

Darth Vader Boss, Stormtroopers & E-11 Blaster

Darth Vader will also return as a boss to the Fortnite map! If you defeat him, you will receive his famous red lightsaber. Darth Vader's Lambda Shuttle will also be guarded by Stormtroopers. They carry the classic E-11 Blasters, which you can also obtain if you defeat a Trooper. The Blasters can also be found in the new Imperial Chests.

Lightsabers Unvaulted

Of course, a Star Wars Collab wouldn't be complete without lightsabers. According to Hypex, they won't just make their debut in Lego Fortnite, but also return to Battle Royale.

In past chapters, there have always been various models of the different Jedi and Sith available. Additionally, the Force may return, allowing you to shoot earth chunks at your opponents.

New Mandalorian Vehicle

Many were expecting a new vehicle in Fortnite, but it turned out to be "just" a skin. The "Beskar" is one for all Mandalorian fans! Beskaris the metal which Mandalorian armors are made of. The car consists almost entirely of this material and has a really sporty design.

You can purchase the car body in a bundle, together with two additional styles, wheels, and more. The car will then be playable in Battle Royale, Rocket Racing, and Rocket League.

Rocket Racing & Rocket League

Rocket Racing Fans just get some challenges to unlock new decals and trails for their cars, in addition to the new "Beskar" car body. These are the items you can unlock due to missions for Rocket Racing, Rocket League and Fortnite Battle Royale:

  • Anakin's Podracer - Decal (4 missions)
  • Darth Maul - Decal (8 missions)
  • Energy Binders - Trail (14 missions)

That's all for now. The leaks and the trailer promise us a truly exciting event for the future. Until then, may the Force be with you!
