GTA 6 was officially announced in December 2023. In the trailer, a few well-known Floridians were shown, one of which was the Florida Joker. He threatened Take-Two with a lawsuit, but now he's changed his mind – and has one condition.
Imitation or stealing, the question has been asked on multiple occasions throughout the last few days with the release of Palworld.
But we aren't here to talk about cute monsters. No, instead we have to go back a few weeks to the release of the GTA 6 trailer, in which fans got a short glimpse of what is to come, with clips of real-life people recreated in the game.
One of those is the Florida Joker, who has threatened to sue Rockstar and Take-Two for using his likeness in the trailer. Now, he's changing his tune and wants to play a bigger part in the game instead.
"Let Me Voice The Character" – Florida Joker Wants To Be Included In GTA 6
Update 6: Florida Joker is now asking Rockstar for a deal to voice his character in GTA 6: "I'm really not trying to sue y'all, but if I got to, I will." https://t.co/Hse0ABLDaB pic.twitter.com/bAvDLMaUhD

Lawrence Sullivan, aka The "Florida Joker" was not too pleased with GTA 6 developers Rockstar Games when the trailer for the sixth mainline game released and a character made after his likeness was seen in the video. Since the release Sullivan has made multiple TikTok's demanding money from Take-Two and Rockstar.
He had initially demanded $1-2 million from Rockstar for using his likeness in the trailer, explaining that he can't even go out to eat anymore without someone coming up to him. But... let's be real, if you look like this there are bound to be people who want a photo, right?
It seems that the Florida Joker has had some time to think things over and has done a complete 180 and is now asking Rockstar to include him in the game, give his character voice lines and to profit off the game's huge success.
"I'm really not trying to sue y'all so I'm going to give y'all an extra month. Hit me up, let me voice the character, give me more storyline in the game and give me a few mill, get me a royalty deal off of it. Let's make history happen."
Sullivan has obviously realized that he could make much more money by working together with Rockstar than against them, but let's be real... this collab becoming a reality looks grim, especially when you remember that Sullivan previously threatened to free the GTA 6 hacker who lost the company millions already.
