Deadpool & Wolverine is set to be one of the biggest films in 2024. Actor Karan Soni now teased what surprises might be in store for fans.
After a ton of rumors and leaks, Deadpool & Wolverine was finally revealed with a first teaser trailer earlier this year. This short look at the film already showed that we’re in for some multiverse shenanigans, which is why Wolverine returns to the screens despite getting a definitive and fitting end with Logan.
Fans have quickly started speculating who else could appear in the movie, as the possibilities seem endless. Actor Karan Soni was also asked about this in a new interview with Variety, where he teased that Hugh Jackman’s comeback won’t be the only surprise in the film.
Deadpool & Wolverine: Actor Teases Cameos
While Soni can’t reveal too much, as “this new MCU version is ultra-secretive”, he did promise “a lot of surprises” for Deadpool & Wolverine. No names have been named, but he was able to reveal that “a lot of people traveled to London”, where the movie wrapped filming in January 2024.
So far, it has been confirmed that most characters from the first two movies are coming back for Deadpool & Wolverine. This includes Ryan Reynolds as Wade Wilson/Deadpool, Morena Baccarin as Vanessa, Rob Delaney as Peter, Leslie Uggams as Blind Al and Karan Soni as Dopinder. The cast is joined by Hugh Jackman as Wolverine, Emma Corrin as Cassandra Nova and Matthew Macfadyen as Paradox.
