In Episode 6, Riot Games is causing a major shift in the map rotation, bringing back Split while removing two maps from ranked and unrated playlists.

As Valorant Episode 6 Act 3 approaches, anticipation builds for the exciting additions that will enhance the gameplay for both seasoned players and newcomers. Among the highly anticipated updates are the significant map rotation changes recently revealed by Riot Games.

Making a long-awaited return, Bind has been reintroduced to the game with a significant rework! However, in order to maintain a manageable number of playable maps, some maps will be removed from the rotation. Regrettably, this time it is Icebox that has been sacrificed.

In contrast to the previous update, which saw two maps departing to accommodate Split and Lotus, this time only one map has been swapped, ensuring that the number of available maps in Unranked and Ranked remains at seven.

Valorant Map Rotation: How Often?

We don't know for sure, as Riot Games decides the map rotation every few months. It's possible that map changes happen every other Act, considering the first rotation in Episode 6 Act 1.

I always loved watching Lets Plays on YouTube when I was a kid. My favorite game from back then was definitely Assassin's Creed: Black Flag… but I wasn't allowed to actually play it. SAD!

I also grew up with football...
