Agent Updates in Valorant Patch 7.00
Next, we have some minor but notable updates to various agents. These updates primarily address agent-related bugs and issues.
- If Chambers (E) Rendezvous is interrupted by suppression mid-animation, the teleport will be canceled.
- If Yoru (E) Gatecrash is suppressed mid-animation, the teleport will also be canceled.
- If Omen (X) From the Shadows is suppressed during the formation (prep time), the teleport will be canceled.
- Cypher's (E) Spycam can no longer be placed on rotating doors in the Lotus Map.
- A bug that caused Sage's (C) Barrier Orb to rotate multiple times from a single click has been fixed.
- Cypher can now pick up his (Q ) Cyber Cage during Buy Time, resolving a previous issue.
- Killjoy's (Q) Alarmbot can no longer be destroyed from a distance greater than intended by her (C) Boom Bot.
- Reyna's FPS drop while healing with (Q) Devour has been addressed.
Progression System Update in Valorant
The major update in Patch 7.00 revolves around the progression system. It introduces new daily rewards that provide Kingdom Credits, which can be spent on accessories, agents, and agent gear.
You can also use Kingdom Credits to purchase previous Battle Pass accessories, including:
- Player Cards
- Sprays
- Titles
- Gun Buddies
The Agent Store has been updated alongside the agent recruitment process. As previously mentioned for Deadlock, you can now use Kingdom Credits to unlock locked agents, in addition to Recruitment Tokens and Valorant Points.
Team Deathmatch Game Mode
The final update in this patch is the introduction of the Team Deathmatch (TDM) game mode. It differs from the regular Deathmatch as it is team-based. It features 5 vs. 5 matches with no economy, a 1.5-second respawn time, and three new maps.
Players are already enjoying the new game mode just a few days after its release. This patch note has been highly anticipated, and the player base eagerly awaited the addition of a new agent to the roster.
