The much-despised Bomb Drone killstreak has been nerfed in Season 3. Although we knew the change was coming, it's now going to be even harder for the worst players in Warzone to make a kill.
When Warzone 2 launched it came with new killstreaks, including a very easy-to-use (and very annoying) Bomb Drone. Most players hated this killstreak, and so in Season 3 the devs nerfed it.
Will it be enough to help this dying game come back to life? That's an argument for a different day. In this article we'll just go over the recent killstreak nerfs.

Bomb Drones & Cluster Mines Finally Nerfed
In the Season 3 patch for Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2, Bomb Drones and Cluster Mines were finally nerfed:
- Bomb Drone: Can no longer down fully armored Players.
- Cluster Mine: Armor damage reduced.
Thank god. Will it be enough to help this dying game come back to life? That's an argument for a different day. We're just glad we won't run into as many Bomb Drones.
