But anyway, with the new FUT event of course another SBC has been released: Joaquín from Real Betis got his first special card in FIFA 22. Here we're going to show you how to complete the challenge in Ultimate Team as cheaply as possible and if it's even worth it right before the Team of the Season.

The SBC featuring Joaquín already expires on April 15, 2022 – that's a good week before the FUT Captains Event is supposed to end. At 40 years old, the Spaniard is one of the oldest players in Ultimate Team, so he's not likely to be on many players' minds when putting together their OP Weekend League team. The cards EA Sports is releasing this year are absolutely crazy. 4 of his 6 stats are above 90... wow. And that's really nothing new for FIFA 22 – we have absolutely no idea how OP the upcoming Team of the Season is going to be. Okay, actually we do... reaaaaaally OP, probably. Joaquín is not that OP, but still decent enough!
Is The FUT Captains Joaquin SBC In FIFA 22 Worth It?
This much is certain: This challenge doesn't belong to the best SBCs in FIFA 22 and you won't make the best deal that is out there somewhere. However, once again, a player who's not very prominent in Ultimate Team otherwise has been given a pretty strong special card. If you're a hipster and don't like to play mainstream players like Vinicius Jr. amongst others, you should probably get Joaquín for your squad.
