We aim to simplify the system a little bit and provide you with the best perks for each Attribute in Cyberpunk 2077 update 2.0 and Phantom Liberty. This way, you can concentrate on them and either create your own build or use some of the best builds we've collected.

Perk Summary
- Body – Most Perks are used to boost mitigation and health regeneration, negate stamina and movement penalties while using shotguns and MGs, and most of all boost the Adrenaline Rush. You can also swap out the shotgun skills for blunt weapons, it's all a question of preferences.
- Reflexes – Most Perks are used to boost bolster movement speed, deflect bullets and increase mitigation. It's all about your mobility, causing bleed damage and give enemies insta-kill finishers. You can also swap out the Blade skills for Assault Riffle and SMGs skills, it's all a question of preferences.
- Intelligence – Most Perks are used to cause debuffs, damage to enemies while keeping distance and also triggering distractions and explosions. Focusing on RAM recovery and maximum RAM is also very important.
- Technical Ability – Most Perks offer passive boosts, like increased item recharge rate, extra health injectors or different other buffs and modifiers for Cyberwares. If you want to use Tech-Weapons you need to invest some points as well, but focusing on Cyberwares is your top priority, as those give you also additional armor stats as well.
- Coolness – All Perks are used to stay in the shadows, slow down time, increase the damage dealt to headshots and have a stealthy approach with a silenced weapon.
These are our preferred skills we find most useful. Some Perks are mandatory, while others depend on your own playstyle. Just in case you need assistance with a suitable Cyberpunk 2077 build, we already gathered the best possible builds for each Attribute!
