Error code 315306 is preventing PlayStation-users from accessing Diablo 4. One user found a fix, but the community aren't happy about it. Apparently buying microtransactions will resolve error code 315306...
Diablo 4 is finally here! Well... it's certainly "here" on Xbox and PC, but PlayStation is a different story. Many players are reporting that they can't get on to the servers, and are instead being met with the annoying message "error code 315306: Unable to find a valid license". This is especially infuriating because it's impacting players who pre-ordered for early access.
One user found a fix, and the community are furious. Allegedly just buying microtransactions will resolve the issue:
Omg, there's a fix for the Diablo IV license error on console and it's...buying $1.99 worth of in-game currency (you can access the store from the start menu without logging into the server).https://t.co/hURXNcwBgq https://t.co/KcveqR5wJU pic.twitter.com/Y0NSOoIxRs

We don't want you guys to have to spend extra money to play a game you've already paid for. Luckily, we don't think you actually have to. Keep reading for an overview of what causes error code 315306 and how it can be fixed.
- If this has made you question buying Diablo 4 , we want to put your mind at ease: Blizzard have a great track-record when it comes to addressing issues like this (also the game is dope, we gave it 26/10 in our review).
What Causes The Diablo 4 "Unable To Find A Valid License" Error
Error code 315306 occurs when the Diablo 4 servers cannot verify whether your PSN account has the correct license required for early access. This is quite a common error with games that allow only users who have pre-ordered or paid for a certain edition to play early.
Blizzard are aware of this issue and are working on a global fix, but until then there is something you can try: force the PSN servers to keep re-verifying your account licenses.
How To Resolve Error Code 315306
You're going to hate us, but this obvious trick really has worked for us and other users: restart your console. This will restart the game and (more importantly) log you out and then back into the PlayStation network.
By logging back into your PSN account, your licenses will be re-verified, and with any luck your early access to Diablo 4 should be given the green light. It's simple but it worked for us about 5 hours after the international launch time.
And that was your brief guide to fixing error code 315306. Now get your ass onto Diablo 4 and start enjoying yourself!
