There are some things in the world of gaming which are definitely worth waiting for and for a pretty big community, the new Dragon Age: Dreadwolf is one of those games. However, many players are sick of waiting even longer and to be fair, all of us are slowly but surely getting a little inpatient. Luckily, BioWare finally gave use at least some information on the game's release.
At this point, many players are pretty familiar with the Dragon Age universe, since we could already visit the land of Thedas at the very least three times in the franchise's games. Next to that, we could find out even more about the world in various comics, books and short stories, however, we are all more than ready for a new adventure to start!
And after what felt like an eternity, BioWare is finally coming out with new information on their newest game, Dragon Age: Dreadwolf! The most important news is probably the full reveal of the game during Summer 2024!
Dragon Age: Dreadwolf – BioWare Is Teasing Key Locations & The Full Reveal
To the delight of many players, there is finally a light at the end of the very long tunnel, called Dragon Age: Dreadwolf. The first time, the game was announced at The Game Awards 2018 and ever since then, there has been close to none information on the game whatsoever.
And to be quite honest, the newly released teaser trailer is not stacked with valuable information either, but it is much better than receiving nothing at all!
Take a look for yourself!
Even though we can’t see any real gameplay, we do get a pretty good feel of the game's overall vibe!
The video itself is divided into three small sections, each of which shows a small part of the map of Thedas. In each section, we can also hear a voice in the background, giving us at least a little information of what we can expect from the shown regions.
All of these locations are at least to some degree known to the Dragon Age community, however, we never really got to visit any of them within the games. At the very end of this 50-seconds long trailer, we get to see the last screen with a bunch of purple fog hovering over the map, and written on it, is the most important piece of information this teaser has in store for us: The game's full reveal will be during Summer 2024.
What this full reveal will include is still unknown. It could very well be another teaser or maybe even a gameplay trailer. And, just as vague as the first part, is the timespan in which we will get further information. After all, Summer starts in June and ends in late August, but no matter when it will be, we will most certainly keep you up-to-date!
