Your Sacred Flask is one of the most important items in Elden Ring. To upgrade the Flask of Crimson Tears and the Flask of Cerulean Tears, you need two things: Sacred Tears and Golden Seeds. With these shiny things, you can increase the amount of flasks you have available during a fight. Needless to say that this is incredibly valuable in a game like Elden Ring, where you will get slapped around constantly.

There are a bunch of locations where you can find Golden Seeds, but Elden Ring is a huge game, and it's tough to know where to find them exactly until you have exact points to go by. So here are all the locations for Golden Seeds in Elden Ring.

Golden Seeds in Limgrave

1. Loot from the Ulcerated Tree Spirit (at the bottom of Fringefolk Hero's Grave)
2. Underneath a yellow glowing tree (follow the path past Stormgate, the tree will be on your right)
3. After helping Roderika, return to Stormhill Shack
4. At Fort Haight under a glowing tree in the fields (south of Limgrave)
5. On a rocky platform (south of the Castle Morne Rampart Site of Grace)
6. Between two large trees (left down the stairs at the Secluded Cell Site of Grace)
7. Loot from the boss beneath the Stormveil Castle courtyard

Golden Seed in Roundtable Hold

1. After helping Roderika in Stormhill Shack, she will go to the Roundtable Hold. Talk to her there and she will give you a Golden Seed.

Golden Seeds in Liurnia of the Lakes

1. Underneath a glowing tree within ruins (west of the Academy Gate Town)
2. Underneath a glowing tree under a bridge (after he fight against the Red Wolf of Radagon)
3. At the end of the broken path (northeast of the Main Academy Gate fast travel point)
4. At Caria Manor (after the Manor Upper Level Site of Grace)
5. Down by a river past The Ravine Site of Grace (west of Grand Lift of Dectus)

1. On the road to Redmane Castle (southeast of the Caelid Highway Site of Grace)
2. Follow the road from Limgrave all the way up to the northeastern end of the area (southeast of Bestial Sanctum)

1. On the left of the Erdtree-Gazing Hill Site of Grace
2. North of the Altus Highway Junction Site of Grace
3. Two Golden Seeds can be found right next to the Outer Wall Phantom Tree Site of Grace
4. Go up the street from the Outer Wall Phantom Tree Site of Grace for two more Golden Seeds
5. North of the Seethewater River Site of Grace
6. To your right from the Ninth Mt. Gelmir Campsite (go right past where the boss fight is)

1. South of the West Capital Rampart Site of Grace

1. To your right on the path up to the Grand Lift of Rold
2. North along the frozen river from the Ancient Snow Valley Ruins Site of Grace
3. On your way to Ordina, Liturgical Town (western part of Mountaintops of the Giants), in the area where the two giants are pulling the carriage

1. Across the rocky bridge (south of the Below the Sell Site of Grace)
2. Across the Palace Approach Ledge-Road Site of Grace, down a slope to your right

Some of these Golden Seeds will only be accessible after you've beaten certain enemies. But if you do manage to get all of them, you will almost be unbeatable, especially if you pair the Golden Seeds with the Sacred Tears.
