You'll be able to get Mafia without any cost between September 1 and September 5, 2022 on Steam. This was announced on August 29, 2022 via Twitter by 2K themselves.
So, if you want to play this classic, then you've just got to log onto Steam in this time period, download a version and you're good to go. Mafia is an extremely popular series with the first game spouting an impressive 88/100 Score on Metacrtitic, so it's worth a try even if it's an older game.
Which Version of Mafia is Being Given Away?
One thing to note is that this won't be the 2020 remake. Instead, you'll be getting the old version from when it was first released all the way back in 2002.
