Import Your Horse From BotW Into Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom
All you need to import your favorite horse is a save file of BotW on your Switch with the aforementioned companion. Sorry to the dozen Wii U fans out there, your horses are lost forever. And with Wii U fans, I mean myself.
If you have your save on a different Switch, use the cloud to transfer it over. You really need the data stored locally, otherwise it won't work.
Now you can simply go to any stable in TotK and view your horses. Your old horses will be available to you for riding around Hyrule and reliving the nostalgia we all felt so long ago, when BotW released.
