Another month, another roll of the dice. But as leaks show, PS Plus subscribers can look forward to great games in November. And some more are yet to be announced ...
PS Plus October was really just terrible. Mortal Kombat X, Hell Let Loose and PGA Tour 2021. Come on! Even if golf is pretty fancy ... there is no room for it on my console. PS Plus has really disappointed us over the past few months. Why are we actually paying? That's right, so that we can play our games online. Certainly not for good PS Plus games. New leaks show that November should be at least a little better - and that there is something very special for fans of role-playing games. In addition to the four games that have already been leaked, two more are to be announced. Which will it be? But let's take a look at the other games first!
Free PS Plus Games For November 2021
- Walking Dead: Saints and Sinners (PlayStation VR)
- Kingdoms of Amalur: Re-Reckoning (PS4)
- First Class Trouble (PS5 | PS4)
- Knockout City (PS5 | PS4)
Walking Dead: Saints and Sinners is definitely worth a look for anyone with PlayStation VR. Over the course of the game, you can decide whether you want to become a saint with your deeds or just do nasty stuff and become a sinner. Zombies, guns, VR - what's not to love?
Kingdoms of Amalur is a lot quieter. The roleplaying game was originally released in 2012 ... so it's had quite a few years under its belt. Nevertheless, the game should be on every RPG fan’s list. The world is unique and fantastic and full of adventure. And you'll lose a hell of a lot of time. But the hours are worth it. So if you want to get a little distraction before the Skyrim Anniversary Edition...Go for it.
The other two games are typical PS Plus games. Complete unknowns. In First Class Trouble, the party game takes you and your friends on a space cruise, where you have to play together (or against each other) in order to survive against an increasingly powerful AI. You can see how this works here in the trailer:
The last game, Knockout City, is... I don't know. The trailers and videos don't really look like an absolute must. Since the game is from Electronic Arts, you probably only get half of the game and have to buy the rest as DLC. Knockout City is basically a dodgeball action game. There's nothing more to say about that. As you can see, PS Plus November is better than the last two months but not one for the history books. But, it could get even better! Two games are still to be announced...
