The actor who plays Boba Fett in Disney's new "Book of Boba Fett" has revealed that games are "coming". Is the world ready for a bounty hunter Star Wars game?
The Book of Boba Fett was not as good as everyone was hoping for it to be. We'll come right out and admit that before we tell you this next bit of news. Because we want to be open and honest about how disappointing Star Wars can be.
But, and this is a big but, it can also be fantastic. And a Star Wars game that was focused on bounty hunters would surely fall into that category, right? They couldn't mess it up as badly as the show, could they?
Boba Fett Actor Mentions New Games
As reported by the GamingBible, Temuera Morrison (the actor who plays Boba Fett) spoke at the recent Star Wars Celebration about his work in video games, before revealing that more Star Wars game were on the way. And, obviously, if they're going to feature him as a voice actor, then we all know exactly what type of Star Wars game we're getting.
First, he spoke of his previous work in video games:
I do a few voices for those video games. Very hard work, harder than acting. You try and get some emotion into a voiceover, all the instructions as well, you know? ‘Turn left, go right, you missed, try again.
But despite these difficulties, he went on to speak in positive terms about Star Wars games, and then left us all with a great tease:
OThe gaming is where it’s all at, too, because with a movie or a TV show it’s all over but with a game, you can be there a bit longer. There will be some coming, I can let you know that.
Imagine that, a bounty hunter-based Star Wars game. Now that could be something special. And thank god this sounds like another actual game, rather than a new Star Wars themed Fortnite skin...
