While many fans are still struggling to save for a 3090, NVIDIA have just revealed the new generation, the RTX 40 series. But how much more will it cost, and is it worth it?
It feels like just yesterday that the 30 series were announced, but it was in fact two years ago. Yep, the age of the pandemic is over, and it's time for tech to slowly start becoming more available again. Now, due to the cost of living crisis, this is sadly irrelevant news to most of us, but if you've just come into a pile of cash then lucky you: the NVIDIA 40 series has just been announced. In this article we'll give you a brief overview of what's been updated and how much you can expect to pay.
And for those who are still generations behind (don't worry, very few folks out there will be able to afford an RTX 4090, you aren't alone) we can also direct you to what just became "old-gen":

If you're sat there mourning the fact that you won't be able to afford a card like this for years to come, then let me end this on a positive note. The 40 series is above and beyond what any current games require, and that will remain the case for a long time. In fact, even upcoming games like Modern Warfare 2 and Hogwarts Legacy will still run on one of the 10 series cards!
Now here's a game we'd like to see running on a 4090...
