The Resident Evil 4 Remake is finally getting the Seperate Ways DLC soon. CapCom just revealed the release date at the latest State of Play.
The Resident Evil 4 DLC release date finally got revealed. The game is another example of an awesome remake of a RE classic. I loved the Resident Evil 2 Remake, we don't talk about RE3 and the RE4 Remake is just crazy good. The new graphics all the gameplay changes... I really enjoy playing it. If you also like it, you should pick up the Red9 to make your life a bit easier.
Right after the game launched a few months ago, some eager data miners dug through the game's code and found some interesting files that might hint at a well-known DLC… But now, CapCom has finally broken the silence and gave us the release date for the Separate Ways DLC.
Resident Evil 4 DLC Release Date
The "Separate Ways" DLC is a mini-game in the original Resident Evil 4 and will be added as a DLC in the remake.
At the most recent State of Play, CapCom finally revealed when they will launch the highly anticipated “Separate Ways” DLC. It is set to release soon, on September 21.
But that is not all, they also revealed an update for the Mercenaries DLC, that will add two more characters to the game mode. The update will launch at the same time as the DLC.

Remember Ada Wong, who is also seen in the cinematic after the credits of RE4? She is working for Wesker and in “Separate Ways”, we find out, what exactly she has been up to, the whole time we tried to save Ashley as Leon.
Before Leon had even set foot in that cursed village, Ada was there. Her mission? The retrieval of the cult's darkest secret—the Amber. Now she must deal with an unknown threat that is devouring her from within, an accomplice with a dark past and ulterior motives, and a chance of reunion with the man she least expected—Leon S. Kennedy.
"Separate Ways" is basically a short campaign where we play as Ada Wong that is set parallel to the regular RE4 campaign with Leon. So while we have our own missions, we will sometimes cross ways with Leon and even help him out once or twice... (not going to spoil anything here).
