According to Bethesda, the highly anticipated sci-fi game Starfield will get a physical disc after all. Unfortunately, not for everyone.
There is some good news for every gamer that likes to have a physical copy of their games behind them on their shelf. The upcoming sci-fi RPG Starfield will have a physical disc after all. Well, at least for some of you.
Starfield Will Have A Physical Disc, But Not For Everyone
This goes out to all PC gamers out there: be strong! Cause the following news might enrage you a little bit.
So, there will be a physical disc for Bethesda's upcoming game Starfield, even though they said otherwise just a couple of days ago. But only for the Xbox users, all the PC players come up empty. This was made clear by Bethesda in a blog post on their own website titled: "Starfield's pre-order bonuses, constellation edition & early access Details".
In there, players will find the info about the Starfield Standard Edition:
"Starfield Standard Edition is included with Xbox Game Pass. Game disc included with physical purchases of Xbox Standard Edition. Game code included with physical purchases on PC Standard edition."
So there's a disc with the full game for the Xbox users, the edition for PC players includes just a game code. For everything else featured in the Standard Edition, take a look at this screenshot:
