Tyga
“I love ya’ll, Riyadh! Make some noise!” American rapper Tyga blasted in to Gamers8 and provided the sell-out crowd with an incredible set featuring hit tunes such as ‘Rack City’, ‘Loco Contigo’, Ayo’, ‘Taste’, and so much more. Did Tyga’s show generate the best atmosphere for an artist this Gamers8 concert season? His adoring fans certainly thought so.
Steve Aoki
After visiting Japamura during the week at Gamers8, Steve Aoki brought Friday’s concerts to a close with an awesome set featuring mixes of tracks such as Eminem’s ‘Stan’, Linkin Park’s ‘Numb’, and Celine Dion’s ‘My Heart Will Go On’. There was also an airing of the super cool mix of Akon’s ‘Locked Up’ – which was only released that day. Aoki said: “The culture in Saudi Arabia is so accepting of me. When I come here everyone is so hospitable and nice and friendly. Saudi culture is a very giving culture. A lot of cultures could learn from Saudi culture. I plan on coming here a lot. Give it five or 10 more years, and Saudi Arabia will be the tourist destination of the world. Everyone will come here.” Ps did you get cake at the end of Aoki’s gig? “Cake Me!”
Myriam Fares
Myriam Fares, the Queen of Stage, produced a regal performance at Gamers8 on Friday night dressed in the most dazzling of outfits. Featuring dancers and a full backing band, the Lebanese singer wowed the crowd by performing the hits that have made her a musical favorite in Saudi Arabia and far beyond.

It feels like a dream because we’re all there for the same purpose – to have a good time together. There’s so much energy. It’s amazing.”
