As you remember it from Breath of the Wild, the Zora chest piece in Tears of the Kingdom allows you to climb waterfalls - a really handy feature for your adventures. The complete Zora Armor Set contains the Zora Helm, Zora Armor and Zora Greaves. We got the locations for the different pieces here for you.

Tears of the Kingdom Zora Armor Chest Piece Location

You will find the chest piece during the "Sidon of the Zora" main story quest, which starts after you finished the "Sludge-Covered Statue" main quest in Zora's Domain. Here you'll be introduced to Lady Yona, Sidon's fiancée, and caretaker to the Zora.

If you meet her again in the Zora's Domain infirmary, she will tell you she needs an ancient arowana to repair the Zora Armor she has for you. Having started the main quest "Restoring the Zora Armor", you can either follow Yonas suggestion and find Dento to gather this fish, or you can return to the Great Sky Island.

As soon as you got an ancient arowana (doesn't matter where you got it from) and you return to Yona in Misha's Court, you'll receive the Zora Armor chest piece from her. This lets you swim up waterfalls, as it did in Breath of the Wild.

TotK Zora Armor Greaves Location

As so as you completed "Sidon of the Zora" return to Zora's Domain and visit Yona again. Even though she wants to reward you with the Zora Greaves, she can't - because they are somewhere in the Ancient Zora Waterworks. Now that you know you'll get your reward by yourself, the side quest "A Token of Friendship" starts.

To get to the Ancient Zora Waterworks, you need to get through the whirlpool in the East Reservoir Lake and then drop through the hole at the bottom of the waterworks. There you'll find a Stone Talus which you can fight for nice loot.

However, southwest from that, you'll find a cave behind a waterfall with stairs. Up and up and there you'll find a chest with the Zora Greaves. No wonder Yona didn't remember that. The Greaves increase your swim speed.

TotK Zora Armor Helm Location

Returning again to Zora's Domain, you'll recognize Khira and Chroma. If you'll listen to them, you'll find out the two have a similar problem to Yona: they're unable to find the Zora Helm. This information will start another side quest called "The Never-Ending Lecture".

Although the two were talking about a fish, you'll soon realize they meant the Floating Scales Island. Having visited this place before during the "Clues to the Sky" main quest, you can fast travel to Ihen-a Shrine. From there on, use the para glider to the east and head further southeast, as soon as you landed on the island.

If you reach the fish's tail, turn to the edge on the north side, and just below the surface you'll see a small cave. You can reach it either by using the para glide once more or climb down there. Inside you'll finally find a chest containing the last piece of the Zora Armor Set, the helm. With that, you're now able to use a spin attack while swimming.

So, now that your Zora Armor Set is complete, where will you go next?
