Ghost of Tsushima will finally be available for PC players on May 16, and many gamers are excited to play, especially because it has a great reputation among PlayStation players!

PC players were concerned about the mandatory PSN linking in Helldivers 2 on Steam. PlayStation stated that PC players needed to link a PSN account to play it on Steam. Steam reacted by removing Helldivers 2 from all Steam libraries in regions where PSN isn't available. Because of this, many PC players in those regions were worried about facing a similar situation with Ghost of Tsushima.

Why Ghost of Tsushima Fans Don't Need To Worry

Heads up! Sucker Punch, the developer of Ghost of Tsushima, stated that there's no need to worry, at least for the single player part of the game. In a tweet, they assured gamers that you don't need a PSN Account to play the single-player game.

However, if you want to enjoy the multiplayer experience and use the Playstation Overlay, you'll need to connect a PSN Account to your game.

Thankfully, gamers in those particular regions where PSN isn't available shouldn't worry about being able to play Ghost of Tsushima. Oh, and by the way, Sony announced that they will not force PC players to link their PSN Account anymore for Helldivers 2, which is a big W for the PC gaming community.
