The developers of Palworld have just released a new update that brings the first raid boss into the survival game, Pal Bellanoir. Besides this exciting addition, fans can expect many adjustments in the patch.

Introducing Pal Bellanoir: Palworld's First Raid Boss

One of the highlights of Palworld version 0.2.0.6 is undoubtedly the first raid with the fearsome raid boss. Bellanoir, an exceptionally powerful and vicious creature, has spread fear and terror throughout the Palpagos Islands. The raid promises to be an extremely challenging endeavor, with difficulty levels escalating to "extreme" for those seeking an even greater test of skill. To confront the raid boss, players will need to use special plates at the newly introduced Summoning Altar. Due to Bellanoir's immense power, he cannot be captured, but victorious players will be rewarded with special Pal eggs.

Patch 0.2.0.6: Enhancements And New Features

Other enhancements in the patch include the addition of training manuals, which players can use to award experience points to their Pals, and the Ancient Technical Manual, which awards points for ancient technologies and can be found as random loot in dungeon chests. In addition, the developers have made a number of quality of life improvements and adjusted the abilities of individual Pals. Lastly, Palworld version 0.2.0.6 includes a number of balance changes and bug fixes.

However, besides the bug fixes, the patch introduces at least one new issue: occasional reports that eggs cannot be placed in an incubator due to a bug. The developers assure players that this bug can be fixed by rebuilding the incubator.

You can read the full patch notes here. While the update has already been released on Steam, it's still open when it will arrive for Xbox.
