Steam Next Fest: Play Hundreds Of Game Demos For Free

Not only does Steam keep users coming back for more with new sales and deals, it also keeps them coming back with its "Next Fest" events. The next Steam Next Fest has just kicked off, offering hundreds of game demos for upcoming releases.

Currently, Steam's midweek deals are live, and tomorrow the weekend sale begins. But that's not all: the next Steam Next Fest kicks off today. This June edition of the popular game preview event goes live on the platform at 10 AM PT / 1 PM ET. Over the next week, you'll have the chance to try out numerous demos of upcoming games, with hundreds of test versions available for future PC game releases.

"We're announcing the Steam Game Festival, a multi-day celebration of upcoming games. Explore and play hundreds of demos, watch dozens of developer live streams, and chat with the developers about their games," says the download platform.

The Steam Next Fest runs from June 10 until June 17, giving you a full week to discover new games. Steam has hosted similar events in the past, much to the delight of its users.

Some of the game demos included are:

  • Parcel Corps
  • Let Him Cook
  • Coin-Op Vice
  • Rogue Sky
  • Metal Suits
  • Silence of the Siren
  • Galaia
  • Laser Tanks
  • Tiny Glade

You can find the entire list of available games here. The selection of participating games is expected to be massive, featuring titles from all imaginable genres, including adventure, RPG, puzzle, and strategy.

In addition to game demos, the June edition of Steam Next Fest promises extensive live streams where developers present their new creations. You can check the broadcast schedule at the start of the event on the Steam website.
